About Me

I'm Yusri Al-Baidhani, and my story is one of growth, resilience, and leadership forged through real-life experiences.

My journey began in a remote oil field, facing isolation and demanding conditions that taught me essential skills—clear communication, quick decision-making, and operational excellence under pressure. Each subsequent role brought new challenges, guiding me toward impactful positions in international humanitarian organizations, where I managed critical projects amid uncertainty and led diverse teams across different backgrounds and specialties.

Driven by a commitment to professional excellence, I became Yemen's first Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI) and earned my Security Risk Management Professional Certification at the Country level (SRMP-C) from the International NGO Safety and Security Association (INSSA).

My academic journey, which began with a degree in Computer Information Systems, led me to a master's in business administration, focusing specifically on business continuity following Yemen's 2011 crisis.

I'm also the author of "Navigating the Storm: Mastering Conflict Management in the Workplace" sharing practical tools and insights to help others transform conflict into opportunities for growth.

Today, I dedicate myself to empowering organizations and professionals alike, guiding them to confidently navigate adversity and build lasting resilience.
